Hey, I’m Ger
Rebirther, Teacher, lover of the raw & wild outdoors, & Momma to 3 gorgeous kiddos.
As a busy Mom with small children I know how hard it can be to commit to a training, in particular one as deep and intense as rebirthing so I wanted to create a training that was accessible to everyone.
Fast and intense trainings are great if you have lots of time to integrate the teachings afterwards but in my own experience I found that going slowly and gently, allowing time for things to land with ease created the best foundation for this work. This allows for a more positive experience with time to integrate all the teachings but also time to move through our own personal journey.
This is after all not just a training but,
a deep and sacred journey through your own life and that of your lineage.
When we have busy lives already and daily commitments, looking after our nervous system is of the utmost importance whilst doing deep healing work and as to not put extra pressure on any part of ourselves or our families I’ve designed this course to be a journey over a total of 12 months.
Having experienced both giving and receiving sessions in-person & online, it has deepened the trust in both myself & my clients & I want to pass this on to my students. For this reason I have started off the training with a 5 day residential retreat where you will be fully immersed in nothing but Rebirthing Breathwork for 5 days.
MORE ABOUT THE TRAINING
We will begin on October 16th , the sacred celebration of Samhain and Death of the Old.
We’ll gather in Castlecove County Kerry at the beautiful Westcove House. This is a magical place, brimming with incredible energy.
The first residential Retreat will be from October 16th -October 21st 2024 where we will begin with;

There will also be many breathing sessions, both group & individual during this first gathering.
This will be followed by
8 ONLINE MONTHLY CLASSES
on one Saturday every month or 7 Weeks from 9am - 5pm.

December- Deepening into Our Gestation & Individual Session with our 3 menthors online
Late January- ( Saturday & Sunday) Journey Through Our Birth ,Umbilical Cord work & Placenta Work Working With Our Personal Lie & Our Most Negative Thoughts About Ourselves
February - Journey With Our Inner Infant & Beginning of Individual Sessions & Our One On One Work Together where we will take a walk through your life to bring to light & meet whats buried deep within the subconscious.This journey will run alongside your monthly training days and last for 20 weeks
March - Journeying With Our Inner Toddler ,Parental Disapproval Trauma
April - Journey With Our Inner Preschooler
May - Journey With Our Inner Child & School /Teacher/Authority Trauma & Case Studies Begin this month.

MONTHLY 1:1 REBIRTHING SESSIONS
Each month along with the topic being explored you will meet with me for further breathwork sessions either in person or online. You will learn a great balance yourself for breathing people online or in person afterwards so it also opens up so many possibilities for you as a rebirther after the training.
We will also be working with the main traumas of humans which are Past Life Imprints, birth trauma and infancy memories, parental disapproval trauma, subconscious death urge, school trauma, religious trauma, senility.
RESIDENTIAL RETREATS & CERTIFICATION CEREMONY
As well as the initial residential retreat to start the course we will have another residential retreat to end the journey. Both retreats Include Training, Accommodation, Food ,Individual Rebirthing Breathwork Sessions with me & another rebirther, Certification Ceremony to celebrate your new life chapter as a Rebirthing Breathwork Practitioner.
Meet Georgi Mottram
Georgi is a rebirthing breathwork practitioner and professional classical singer from England. She will be hosting a special workshop intensive during the training as well as facilitating some of the 1:1 rebirthing sessions.

You will learn…
How to give a breathwork session to another and rebirth each other as well as case studies during you training journey.
You will get to know yourself intimately and gain a deeper insight into your own patterns and behaviours which come from your own birth traumas you begin to deepen your own birth script and begin to recognise these patterns in possibly your children or siblings. Once we begin to see these imprints and distortions life takes on a whole different outlook and letting go becomes easier.
As part of this training there will be a study of perinatal psychology around the different types of birth that there are as well as perinatal influences.
Rebirthing encourages you to be your authentic self and any thing not of that can come to the surface but you will be held and supported through out your 12 month journey with me.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Rebirthing Breathwork is a breathing technique that is safe for everyone but it is not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy,if someone is bi-polar or has schizophrenia. Different schools and different teachers hold different opinions on this. Experience is needed for complex cases.

No you don’t as you will be breathing with different rebirthers during the training however I personally recommend that if you have never had a session to try at least one so you can see if this is something you will enjoy but also to see if you will be able for the investment of time and energy. This is not just a training but an exploratory journey through your life through your body and breath.

Yes. Once you have completed the years training and have partaken in all modules and sessions you are qualified to practice.I am licensed by Divine Breathwork from Brazil and it is Monicas method I will be teaching you.

Leonard Orr refers to high quality rebirthing as being rebirthing breathwork in its purest, undiluted form. High quality also refers to the rebirther continuing to do their own inner work so they are clear for their clients and students.
Divine Breathwork brings rebirthing breathwork in its simplest form but also brings practices that are beneficial to the western world for embodiment and grounding that help the rebirther in their everyday lives.

No. The training is rooted in rebirthing breathwork only.

You may see individual clients in person or online.You may also lead a group session in person or online.

That is level 2 which will be offered at a different time.Also one must have completed at least 10 sessions before they are ready to breathe in warm water.It is recommended that you receive 10 sessions from a man and 10 sessions from a woman and a warm water session before you enter the cold water.

No. You will learn perinatal psychology which is all around trauma from birth and from here you will begin to see where a lot of yours and your clients patterns and challenges are stemming from.
This usually has a domino effect throughout your life.We trust in the intelligence of the breath itself as it is the breath that heals not the rebirther. The presence of the rebirther, as long as he/she is clear in themselves is also the catalyst for the client to go deeper.
