Rebirthing Breathwork
Dry Sessions
1:1 deep Breathwork (3 hours ) - €250 (1 Session)
During this session we explore your entry into this lifetime by taking a look at the circumstances around your birth & early childhood through the lens of Rebirthing Breathwork. The early imprints become known on discussion of your life up to that moment. From there we begin to open the locks of the perceived chains that are keeping you bound to the old stories & patterns. We can all be very loyal to our parents & ancestors by being loyal to their pain. This work is not suitable if you are not yet ready to give up the old story as it is too confronting .It is best taken if you are ready to meet & accept the shadow but also the light.
Please note for a deeper exploration journey 10 sessions is recommended to allow integration of all that rises and to bring deeper awareness to ones life .Every Session after is 200 euro.
It is not suitable for everyone and there are contraindications especially with mental health so for some people its not possible to go that deep & we take a lighter approach but only if agreed to by your health physicians.

Its a wonderful journey whilst pregnant and as the mom to be is already filled with life within her she does not experience tetany or very strenuous breathwork session. In these sessions we work on what’s rising in relation to your own birth as both births are interlinked as is your birth with your mother. It supports in so many ways. Its also really great for fathers to be too and can be a really beautiful journey for both to do together. Generally we dont look at deep trauma in these sessions,

1 to 1 Mentorship
If you are feeling stuck in life ,be it in your relationship, job or in general these sessions are an invitation to explore within you the thoughts & feelings you hold consciously & unconsciously that are perhaps causing this “stuckness” to appear .This is a beautiful session & a space for you to feel & express your true heart. A space for you to be seen and heard. From my “tool box” of many different practices we will work together to find a practice suited to you if breathwork is not a good fit for you for any reason.
I also offer guidance on how to support your own groups & help you find your own signature when holding space for others through encouraging you, through your own gifts, to create beautiful spaces of healing. I have over 15 years experience in these areas.

Water Rebirth
Water rebirthing tends to be more intense than dry sessions as we are now adding another element which allows us to access much deeper held memories & traumas.
Warm water rebirthing tends to regress us to birth & prenatal consciousness helping us unlock stuck emotions & release blockages from the time of our birth. Beautiful experience in a hot tub as we can really let go in the water and surrender to each moment. For the first session the breather lies face up and for possibly a few more sessions after that before they begin to breathe with a snorkel. Breathing in a bathtub is also a wonderful experience.
Cost 400 eu in hotub & 300 eu in bathtub
Cold water rebirthing on the other hand tends to address the issues of fear & death and our belief patterns here that may be negatively affecting our relationships and how we’re approaching life. We all have a subconscious death urge usually first formed in the womb and cold water rebirthing helps us to address this.
At least 10 dry rebirthing sessions & warm water sessions need to be completed & integrated before this particular session .I only work with clients I myself have taken through sessions before as a deep trust must be built up before hand.
I only offer these sessions in the sea close to where I live and only in the months of July, August & September. The water is ok that time of the year here. I only offer it to those who have had experience cold water exposure .The session starts outside the water & we enter the water gradually.
