Im Geraldine, (though most people call me Ger.)
I’m a free-spirited woman from the wild south-west of Ireland.
I work at the meeting point of body ,breath , and ancestry .

My path has been shaped through lived experience ,grief , and deep personal work - not just training .

This is not about becoming something new. It is about meeting what has always been there.
